ZillowVERIFIEDI have used Patrick and Alicia for both purchasing and selling in the past. They have made the process very easy and answered any questions I had. Because of the market of low inventory, it took quite awhile but they constantly would send me updates on new houses coming onto the market. After finally finding one I wanted to put an offer on, they guided me to what I should actually offer on the house. Through negotiating on their part, I was able to purchase the house at a very reasonable price. While looking for houses, they also kept the future in mind by helping me find a house that would have good resale potential. Their knowledge of local markets was a tremendous help knowing that they were looking out for my best interest. Will definitely use them again for any future purchases.
