Having spent the majority of my life in the greater Lafayette area, I'm proud to call this town home! Growing up on a small farm & being highly involved in 4-H, I learned the impact of accountability and dedication, which is the backbone of my ideals to this day. As a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, I'm thankful for the opportunity I got to educate my self about the world of economics & business. As a Realtor, I love helping my fellow Hoosiers and newcomers to our community pursue their dream of homeownership. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Lets get pre-approved first. Nothing is more difficult than telling a client that they missed on a property, so lets see what we can afford first. Lastly, be patient! Buying a home is a huge purchase and shouldn't be rushed at all!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
De-personalize! When a buyer walks in we want them envisioning living in the home, not wonder who they know in the family picture!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all kind of people, which is why I love my career. I'm a laid back individual that gets along with most people. Im very honest which allows me to establish a level of trust that my clients need!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My favorite transactions are when both sides enter with a open mind to get along and work together. It makes everyone develop a friendship instead of animosity.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started 2 years ago. It had always been a dream of mine, simply gained the courage to take the leap and haven't looked back!
