1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Our homes are lifetime investments coupled with strong personal ties. Buying a home ranks among our clients' most important experiences, and I approach the task with sensitivity, concern, and professional competence. I find that my policy of making a thoroughly compiled list of potential properties and reviewing it in detail with the buyer reduces time and leads to a faster sale at a better price. You should know that my presentation is a measure of the quality of service that you can expect form me until your new home is closed. Preparation-
It is important to know what amenities are a priority in the home you choose, like location and price. Do you have a home to sell before purchasing your new home? Make a list of needs, wants and financial parameters. Make the information available to your agent. Do your financial homework. Check credit scores, savings accounts, and type of loan you are considering, ensuring your dream of home ownership is in your near future. Consult with a lender for questions regarding home loan qualifications and possible pre-approval. Preparation is a key factor and assists your agent in compiling available properties that fit your criteria.
Choosing a Home-
There are many homes on the market, and it can seem overwhelming. I will guide you to the homes that meet your criteria. You will view homes via scheduled showings. While viewing a home, take notes and obtain a brochure (if available) to remind yourself of the home’s amenities. You may see more than one home in a day, making it a little harder to remember one home from another. After all of this hard work, you will find your dream home!
Making an Offer-
Once you find your dream home, you will make an offer on the property. It may take one or more counter-offers to come to an agreed upon contract and price. Once your offer and contract are accepted, you will start the inspection period. The length of the inspection period is determined in the contract; it is usually around ten days. An inspection period is a specified time frame in a real estate contract which allows a buyer to terminate the contract for any reason discovered by the home inspection that can’t be resolved between Seller and Buyer. It creates the right to terminate within the specified number of days.
Moreover, the buyer will usually obtain a home inspection. Making a small investment in an inspection now could save you substantial money in the future. A few areas inspectors check are structural, electrical, plumbing, built-in appliances, safety hazards, septic systems, decks/patios, and exterior structures.
After the inspection period ends, your lender will / may require an appraisal and survey of the new home. Your loan will go through the final processing stages to reach full approval, and then close on home at a title company.
Closing & Moving Into Your New Home-
Transfer all utilities into your name for the day of move-in or closing date (whichever happens first) Electricity, gas, water, garbage/sewer, internet, phone, TV services, and fill out an address forwarding card at the post office.
Once closing documents have been signed and the loan has funded, the home is yours!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
You compete in many aspects of life. Selling your home is no different. Other homes on the market directly compete with yours, especially if the homes they sell have features and amenities in common with yours. The more I know about the competition, the better prepared we are to market your home successfully. Each home is a unique transaction, and I will customize a Selling Strategy to maximize enough attention among buyers to generate showings and offers.

3. To assist you in getting the highest possible dollar value for your property with the least amount of problems.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I am an affiliate real estate agent specialist with a national program called Homes for Heroes®. Homes for Heroes was established shortly following the tragic events of 9/11 as a way to give back and say “Thank You” to our nation’s heroes. Reared from an extensive corporate world background, I consider myself a Professional who happens to perform Real Estate. Although many thought I was crazy to maintain the duality between a 9 to 5 job and a Realtor simultaneously, I somehow found a way to do both. But in 2013, I finally broke free and jumped into Real Estate full-time. Though I started Real Estate in 2002, I have been fortunate to integrate my prior corporate experience into my realty services. With that being said, I am probably overly analytical and hyper-indulge (sic) my advice to clients; as that has been ingrained into my work ethic & approach.
My objective is to provide you the utmost resources & consultation before you make, in all likelihood, the largest financial transaction of your life...the buying or selling of a home. My goal to you is to make your real estate endeavor as smooth as possible with the highest level of communication along the way.

I have completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert© (MCNE) designation program conducted by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI; also known as Negotiation Expertise, LLC). The MCNE program is the premier and most comprehensive negotiation designation program in real estate.
The Master Certified Negotiation Expert© (MCNE) program consists of six training courses
covering professional negotiation theory and techniques, as well as practical application to real estate negotiation situations. The Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI) is a member of the Harvard Program on Negotiation and researches negotiation literature worldwide to bring the best possible training to real estate professionals.
No real estate professional can guarantee specific outcomes or results for your real estate
transaction. You can be sure, however, that your MCNE agent/broker will conduct your real
estate negotiations professionally, skillfully, and with confidence on your behalf. The results
achieved by you and your MCNE agent/broker will likely be among the best possible for your
