About Patrick Mulligan

As a life-long resident of Massachusetts, Patrick has lived in a number of communities throughout the Commonwealth. Through this he has a unique understanding of the marketplace and the intricacies from town to town. Along with Chris Chadzynski, they created Northeast Realty + Co. to fulfill what they saw as a missing niche of boutique real estate brokerage, providing super individualized attention for their clients. Patrick is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, Business Specialty with Honors. Skills honed as an attorney, specifically negotiation, research, and attention to detail translated directly to providing a well rounded base for his career in real estate. He has an impressive professional reputation among both colleagues and past clients, built through honesty, communication and tireless work-ethic. He prides himself on building meaningful relationships with his clients while guiding them through all their real estate needs. Outside of real estate Patrick enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, biking, hiking and running. He is also an avid foodie, loving both to cook and explore new dining experiences. Although he is no longer practicing law as his 'day job', he does provide pro-bono legal services to select individuals and groups.

Right away Patrick was our advocate and support system through a challenging out-of--state home and neighborhood search. Patrick went out of his way to share insight relevant to our search and our family, he amazingly made himself available at every hour and promptly returned texts/calls/emails; even following up to let us know there was no news on a certain issue as the case may have been. As we were not local, on many occasions Patrick or his team visited properties for us and took videos which was tremendously helpful. He was incredibly patient with our questions and concerns, no matter how abstract or unusual. At every turn from mortgage gaps to our offer strategy and walkthroughs for what came to be our new home, Patrick provided extensive clear info and thr guidance we needed but was never pushy. Above all, Patrick was optimistic throughout; something we didn't know we would appreciate and rely on throughout the process. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and when to the trouble of researching issues with an old deplapidated house I was interested in (and didn't end up buying). He was very patient with the six month search and ran interference when an issue came up with the seller over an issue. I would work with him again.
