We could not have asked for a better real estate agent for buying our first home! Even as we came up with last minute homes to see hours before we were meeting with him, Pat was quick to respond and made every effort to show us all the properties. He was always punctual in meeting us for our appointments and worked around our schedule. While we were visiting the homes, Pat pointed out features that we as first time home buyers might not have known, such as the age of the roof and the systems in the home that we had not factored into the costs. Once he got to know what we were looking for, he gave constructive advice and insight both before and while seeing homes together.
