Patrick was the perfect realtor for us. He made us feel comfortable and informed throughout our entire home selling process.We reached out to Patrick because he had sold a similar unit in our condo complex and got a great piece (peak market). After meeting with him, we felt confident in his pricing strategy and marketing plan for our unit. We wanted to have an aggressive timeline since we noticed the market was shifting.A Patrick was open and honest on how much he thought we could get for our place and we agreed on a pricing strategy that has worked for him in the past.Leading up to the open houses, he kept in regular contact with us on the home staging and general timeline. There were some lingering items we had wanted to fix on our place and Patrick offered to handle them (for a very very very small fee). Having a realtor who had the resources to handle small last minute improvements was a huge help since it helped reduce our stress.After each open house, Patrick would provide us with a breakdown of foot traffic, level of interest, and general comments that were expressed. Throughout each step, we felt very involved, despite now living over 100 miles away.A Eventually we received our offers and Patrick talked us through the various offers and their pros/cons. We ended up selecting an offer well in line with what we had hoped to sell the house for (even with the market slow down)!I would highly recommend Patrick for anyone looking for a proactive and involved realtor who looks to maximize the sale price of your house!

To find a real estate agent to sell our condo, we looked for someone with a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ in the San Francisco Bay Area and Mr. Patrick Lam's name came up. Mr. Lam then came to our condo to discuss our needs and then he presented us with an excellent marketing plan, his assessment of the likely selling prices of our condo, and how long it likely would take. He also made recommendations on what renovations should be done and arranged a team for us to do the renovations. Mr. Lam's execution of all phases of the home selling process was very responsive and professional and he demonstrated excellent judgement. As a result, our condo was sold and closed well within the timeframe he expected. Throughout the process, I felt that we were in good hands with Mr. Lam driving the process. The end results showed why Mr. Lam has been a top real estate broker-producer in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years.

As we looked to find the right agent to work with in selling our home we began by checking online reviews of local agents and of course asking people we knew. A few times Patrick Lam's name was mentioned by people we knew throughout several counties in our region. Further online research found that Patrick was a very successful agent for both sellers and buyers. We wanted someone who could pretty walk us through the selling process, describe the selling environment in our region, suggest best practices, take on project management for any updates needed to influence a sale. Patrick's customer service was excellent as he listened to us and how we would like things done. He guided us on current styles and things that new buyers are looking for. Many of the styles we did not like however Patrick took the time to explain to us why we should consider paint colors and making several simple and reasonable changes explaining the potential benefits of making such changes, needless to say we went with his suggestions and we are happy we did. Patrick completely managed all of the contractors and the projects which made the updates on the home easy on us. Patrick also made himself available at all times to walk us through the myriad of paper work, escrow and filing documentation which took a lot of stress off of us as we went through the sale process. All in all, I am very happy with the customer service by Patrick, I recommend you interview Patrick for your next sale or purchase as a potential agent for your needs, if ever we sell or buy again, we will be definitely be calling on Patrick.
