Professional Experience: Patrick a graduate of University of Mary with a degree in Business Management has been involved in every aspect of real estate. Throughout his college years, while owning a home improvement franchise during college, he began a love for real estate and sales. Making his franchise the top 100 franchises in sales in the U.S. for his parent company, while running it right here in Bismarck, ND. Patrick's career in real estate started when he was 22 years young, working for the largest homebuilder in North Dakota. While working with first-time homebuyers or with million dollar custom homes and everything in between, Patrick has seen and sold properties from start to finish. His dedication to each property being carried all the way through to closing, no matter how big or small, is what you'll notice most about Patrick as an Agent. Patrick has years of solid real estate and development experience in Bismarck-Mandan and has high sales volumes each year. Personal: Patrick enjoys time on the boat with his family and friends on the Missouri River or at the lakes in the summer, in the winter he enjoys the slopes of Colorado & Montana, and the occasional visits to Arizona , Florida, and California. Patrick also ran track at the University of Mary, where he holds an All American Status in track, his event being the 200m Dash.
