There are many, many Real Estate agents to choose from in this area. There are also a whole bunch of agents that you don?t want anything to do with. Being in the business as a Home Inspector, I was able to see first hand how different agents I worked with operated as well as feedback about other agents. I have seen where agents that didn?t know what they were doing or simply neglected their clients cause un-necessary complications and even to the point that made the deal fall through. The 80/20 rule definitely applies. Patrick is more like in the top 1%. Of all of the RE agents I have worked with, I didn?t have to think very hard about who I wanted to sell my home. I have heard nothing but positive feedback about him. Never a negative. I know Patrick. He is the complete package.
