There really is not enough that I could say about Patrick!! As a first time buyer, especially in this market and in this area, to say the least I was a bit trepeditious about making that plunge as a home buyer. Patrick however made the process virtually painless and was patient enough to explain everything that was happening as the process went along, returned all my calls and made me feel and showed that he had my best interest at the forefront of the entire purchase process.
