What I like about Patrick is that hes not pushing me to bid for a place that I didnt like. I appreciate it a lot because it removed a layer of pressure that can make me have a wrong decision. Hes super meticulous in checking the document and going through every single line in both the contract and home disclosure, even when I asked to bid for the place at the last minute, late in the evening. He even went above and beyond helping me to get access to the house multiple times for measurements when it was still at the contingent stage. If you want someone whos always very responsive, go for him. I am sure that I would like to work with him again if I want to move to another place.
