REALTOR Patrick was born and raised in upstate NY, where he spent his mornings as a child delivering milk with his grandpa and working at the family dairy on the weekends. He recently joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty after being in the title sector of real estate for close to 15 years; the last 8 years owning a regional title search and property research company.
