I would highly recommend Patrick Fossati to anyone looking for a real estate agent: I met Patrick at one of his open houses. Even though I was not interested in his particular unit and was looking for another unit in the complex, he was very helpful in going online and finding out exactly where that unit was located even though it was a competitor of his. He then followed up with me the next day to see if there was anything regarding real estate he could do for me. He then kept me informed of units in the Port Hueneme area, which I was interested in near the beach. During my discussions with him, I could tell he was very knowledgeable not only in the local Ventura area but in real estate in general. He was willing to show us multiple units and keep my wife and I informed of units we may be interested in. My wife and I were especially impressed with his easy-going style and non-pushy sales approach. We worked with other agents in the past and they were extremely pushy to make the sale.
