He was great to work with--personable, very thorough in his explanations, and energetic in pulling all the details together to get the house actively on the market. Although I originally thought the asking price he listed was a little optimistic, we got every penny of it--I was amazed! I would recommend Patrick Dixon to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!

My husband and I just bought our first home and we could not be more appreciative of Patrick and his guidance. He is the perfect agent for a first time home buyer; he explained every single part of the process to us! We saw several homes with him and even visited a few more than once. Patrick did not lose patience with us and with each home viewed he further narrowed down what we wanted in a forever house, to the point that on our last viewing (where we decided on a home) he showed us 3 properties in a row that we could have put an offer on. Patrick was knowledgeable about the process and made sure that we understood every step of the process without making it seem like he was talking down to us. Patrick seemed to have a good working relationship with everyone we encountered along the way - other agents, contractors, loan officers, title workers, appraisers, etc. - it's always a good sign when your realtor can get along with everyone and help smooth the process out for you.He made excellent suggestions on staging and even helped find contractors to do some requested repairs. Our house had a showing after being on the market less than 24 hours, another within two days after that and was under contract before a third scheduled showing even happened!When the buyers insisted on doing a walk through during the time we had friends over to help us move out of the house, Patrick came by and helped keep the buyers and their agent out of the way while we moved our furniture. He even helped move a few boxes!I would absolutely recommend Patrick to anyone looking to either buy a home or sell their home.
