I knew that Patrick was a local realtor and gave him a call before our contract expired with our current realtor. He sat down with us and discussed everything he would do for us and we signed the contract. Patrick was at every showing and we received immediate feedback. We felt very confident that he would guide us in the right direction. It was recommended that we paint the living room and hallway a more neutral color. We followed his recommendation and the condo sold. Patrick not only sold our condo once, within 6 weeks, but had to sell it again since the first buyer was not able to obtain a mortgage.
