From the first meeting to the close of escrow Pat was a calm and cool wealth of knowledge and supported us through every decision. Our situation was a little complicated as we needed to get a conditional buyer to agree to wait for us to find a home to sell our condo simultaneously. Pat assured us he had done this type of sale before and it was a little bit harder but wouldn't be a problem. He was right! After taking incredible pictures and listing the property, the showings started flooding in. Within one week we had an offer that happened to be the perfect situation, a buyer willing to wait for us to find our dream home. After we had secured the buyer, we started to look for listings. Finding a house during a pandemic could have been a nightmare if it wasn't for Pat. He soothed our freak outs at the crazy amount of competition and offers on each property with calm reassurance telling us we will find the right house. After only 3 months from signing the listing agreement, we closed escrow on the house that became our home.
