Patrick showed us a rental property in the Gulf Gate area in Sarasota, FL. He was very professional. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions but he also did extra research about the property, including mortgage rates and a comparison chart for what it would cost us to rent it VS to buy it. that was very helpful information. I am a retired United States Air Force combat veteran. I have dealt with many realtors in my travels around the world. Patrick Brogley is a stellar agent and new to the real estate market. However, Patrick refuses to slow down to learn and listen to his clients. He is an upcoming shining star! Patrick excels as a professional agent. Hungry for not just meeting his clients exceptions but strives to exceed them. Either you are a buyer or seller! Patrick is a very intensive listener who will not give up the fight until he finds you the property you want to buy or sell (needs vs. wants.) Patrick takes the extra time required by the client! Recently, I meet with Patrick listened, observed and evaluated his skills in the field for a home my spouse and family were interested to purchase. Patrick found "EXACTLY" what I stated as needs/wants, location and price. We did not purchase the property because the seller was not negotiation able. Patrick is beyond reproach and I personally recommend Mr. Patrick Brogley if you a looking for an impeccable Real Estate Agent. Contacted Patrick to see if he could find us a 2 month snowbird rental in Sarasota/Northport area in JAN/FEB. Unfortunately Patrick could not find any rentals as we had started our search late, and the market was tight with most properties requiring 3 month rentals at prices beyond our budget. I thanked Patrick and told him we had been in Gulf Shores, AL and would be switching from FL to AL. Shortly after we got correspondence from Patrick, unsolicited, that he had found a property in Orange Beach, AL within our budget right on the beach. In that we had been to this area before and had friends there we found a rental quicker than he could respond. Once again, we thanked him for his perseverance and continual efforts to satisfy our need. We would not hesitate to use Patrick in the future be it for home sale or rentals.
