I have a number of buyers and sellers that I am still in touch with after we either purchased or sold their home. My favorite was a young military couple with a new baby (six months old) buying their first home. They eventually purchase 4 homes through me and the 2nd and 3rd time there was an additional to the family. The last home they purchased and then sold he was retiring from the Air Force and moving back to their home state. These kids are all grown now and out of college. I still get Christmas cards from them.

When my husband took a new job in Fort Walton Beach after retiring from Coast Guard I decided I wanted to try selling real estate. I did not know anyone in this area when we moved here from Virginia.
