She pays attention to detail, not only in the properties but in the negotiations of the contract as well. She listened to what I really wanted and only took me to properties that fit my vision and my needs. She allowed me the space to make my own decision and fought hard for me when I made offers. Because of my approval amount, I was in competition with investors and cash buyers who often had the upper hand on the properties I bidded on. She kept me encouraged throughout the whole process. We even had a property fall out of escrow, through no fault of Patricia and 2 days later we went right back to house hunting and found the perfect place for me.
