My husband and I both sold and bought a house with Patricias help. Its very evident that she is extremely skilled at what she does and her knowledge of the industry is beyond exceptional. In fact, she needed on several occasions, to assist the Realtors on the other end of our transactions because they were not as knowledgeable as she was in certain areas. The sale of our former home went pretty much without a hitch except when the bank on the buyers end decided they needed to do a random Quality Assurance check and our file, which was literally hours from closing, was selected resulting in both us and our buyer being held on standby for a couple of days while they got their QA done. Patricia and her assistant, Mary Ann, were very supportive to us and to our buyer during this time. The purchase of our new home did not, by any stretch of any imagination, go as easily. While we had no problems with financing or anything along those lines, every other thing that could possibly go wrong, did go wrong. This was not by any fault of Patricia or her team. It was just circumstances involving over priced property, lack of truthfulness on the part of the Seller of a home we tried for, an Appraiser who couldnt get the concept of time and kept us and the Seller waiting far longer than was necessary, and thing along those lines. That home fell through. When it did, that put us in an extremely bad place because our previous home had already closed and we were without a place to live. Patricia was right on top of seeing us settled into a pet friendly hotel and due to the urgency of our situation helped us find a newly build home, which is now our home as quickly as possible. It still took the better part of a month to get it closed and there were expenses in a long unplanned hotel stay, the necessity of having to buy our food every day, unplanned storage of our property, being forced to pay an additional full month on six storage units because we closed on December 30th and the movers couldnt move our things until January 2nd, so we got hit for the full month of January - for one day. Those extra expenses that resulted from all the delays were devastating to plans we had for our new home and which we cannot carry out now because of the thousands of dollars that the delays cost us. Some of those plans had to do with necessary renovations for our health. But again that was not Patricias doing. That was the direct result of others not doing their jobs as they should and we paid the price for it and will continue to pay a price in some respects for the rest of our lives. We are not young and our bodies require certain things. Patricia and her team stayed in daily contact with us and everything that they needed to do on their end to move things along was done with alacrity and always done right the first time. My husband and I are very grateful that by sheer chance, we were assigned Patricia to be our Realtor and would recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home.
