She was so patient during the process which was delayed (by us) due to Covid. Once we found the property that was to become our home she went above and beyond to make sure that an issue with the roof was resolved and that we would be covered under the new roof warranty which due to an interim title change would have left us with no warranty coverage. She has been so helpful and responsive during and since our home purchase that I can highly recommend her if you want someone who will truly look out for you and make sure that you have a smooth home buying experience like ours was.

There have not been too many smaller homes come on the market that have the amenities that I am looking for in a home. A house was listed I was interested in so Pat arranged for me to see it that morning. Pat prepared a contract which was submitted the next morning. Even though it was her anniversary, she worked that evening to complete the contract! We submitted an offer which was over list price, unfortunately a higher offer was submitted at the same time! So, we will continue to work together until the time is right, and I find the perfect home. I appreciate her professionalism and honesty! I would highly recommend Pat for your real estate needs!
