Pat was excellent to work with, and really did jump through the few hoops we had to sell our home. I would highly recommend her. She has assistants that screen her communications, but once I got through to Pat and talked with her on the phone she sent me several listings. I sent a couple more emails to get clarifications on a couple of the properties and received no answer. I then attempted to call and left a voice message. She did not return my call. She did not return texts, calls or emails after that point. Either she got hit by a bus or she is one of those agents that drops you if she doesn't think she can get $xxxx in X number of days. In other words, if you aren't worth her time she simply drops you and doesn't bother even referring you to another agent. This is a lack of professionalism!
