Camie had worked with me to find my home when I moved to TX. My experience with her then was so positive that I called Camie when it came time to sell my home. Camie guided me to the perfect listing price; the perfect offer came in on the second day of the listing. I had several offers, many good ones. The entire escrow process went smoothly, not a single issue, and Camie kept me apprised of everything along the way. Camie and her company:* showed me 5- 6 houses on the same day- thus allowing me to see what is out there.* she recommended to stay out of certain areas or houses. This showed her expertise in the local market.* while visiting homes she helped me do video interviews with my wife who was out of town.Overall this was the best experience I had over any other realtor in my life.(She and her brokerage, keeps in touch with me years after I bought my house with them and gives me little gifts). Camie was the perfect realtor to help us through our building process. Having a realtor isnt necessary when building a new house but it is SO HELPFUL and I would recommend it. It was a lengthy process and Camie guided us the entire way. There were things we hadnt considered and her experience worked to our benefit. She came and wrote scriptures with us on our beams before the walls went up too. Camie deserves more than five stars and we are so thankful she helped us turn this dream into a reality.
