The house we wanted ended up in a bidding war, and she was very level headed and kept us that way to. She knows the market extremely well, and knew my husband and I really loved the house, but also did not want us to pay too much for it. So we held our ground at a certain price and got the house in the end. :) I felt she really looked out for us, even though she knew we could have lost the house and she would have lost her commission, she made sure we made the smart choice. Buying a house is a huge decision, and I feel so lucky we had Pat by our side.
