I cannot recommend Pat highly enough. She sold our house during a pandemic! Our house was listed with another realtor who shall remain nameless (SAS) for 6 mos and had 3 showings. We listed with Pat and had 13 showings in 12 weeks! Pat came in with a plan to market our house where the previous agent listed it and disappeared. Pats knowledge of the area and the market is overwhelming. I wish we had listed with her first!
