I did a lot of research to find Pat and it paid off, she is an amazing real estate agent. I had a very targeted search. I was only interested in finding a house in one town. Pat did not take me around to a bunch of homes that were out of my budget or outside the area I was looking which I really appreciated as I have a busy career and dont have time to waste. She sends an link that you can click to view pictures and descriptions of possible homes and you can select feedback options to let her know what you like and dont like about each one. I found this very helpful in coordinating which homes to go look at in person. Pat helped me buy my first home and held my hand every step of the way, she was always available and went the extra mile on several occasions when the seller dropped the ball and caused delays.
