This is my first time selling a home, so I wasn't sure what to expect considering buying my first house (the one sold) was a process. A long one, with multiple tears. I was driving 1.5 hours to work for 8 months before I finally found this house that is currently listed. I met with these ladies on Saturday and showed them around. They sat down with me that day and explained the process and exactly what to expect and exactly what I needed to do to get ready for showings. They listed my house the following Tuesday and had 8 showings, a couple offers THAT NIGHT! I accepted an offer within 12 hours of it being on the market. I highly, highly recommend them if you're buying or selling. Not only do they know what they are doing, but they had been very helpful through this whole process (the whole 3 days i took). I cannot brag on these ladies enough! I will absolutely be referring anyone I know wanting to sell or buy to them.
