ZillowVERIFIEDI had many real estate transactions done with Patricia Brand as my agent. So I had no problems in going with her to sell my house. When it came to the listing price Patricia gave me a price range. I asked for a price that was $30,000 above the maximum price range that she gave. Patricia accepted the challenge, produced a slick brochure, and had multiple open houses every week. Before the end of the first month we had a serious offer, and in less than 30 days we had closure. The listed price was $480,000 and we sold it for $470,000. Following the inspection the Buyer's team demanded a very steep price to upgrade some areas. Patricia successfully negotiated with the Buyers to reduce the price, arranged for the crew to do the upgrades at a price that was a fraction of the demanded price.
