Patty Brands skills as a realtor are second to none. When I was considering listing my house for sale, she was the only agent that encouraged me to fix the cosmetic issues with the house before listing it for sale. Every other realtor said list it as is and tried to pressure me into signing the listing agreement on the spot. Patty even gave me actionable ideas to address the cosmetic issues in an inexpensive way, and followed up with me without a listing agreement even in place.
