I contacted Patricia with questions in regards to a listing . Her response said hi and to fill out the application on the website. She did not answer any of my questions. My husband and I filled out the application and submitted the application fee. The next two days I saw they had processed out background checks and nothing else. I contacted the processor and was advised that she believed they went with another applicant and I should contact the realtor . I contacted the realtor and was advised immediately that unfortunately they went with another applicant. However the next day, the price for the listing was reduced by Patricia and the home is still on the market . There was a lack of communication . Please make sure communication is clear before submitting application and fees. We lost our money.
