We were fortunate enough to be referred to Pat by one of our friends. This was our first house purchase and from the start we could tell we were in good hands. She made the house search very easy and helped us identify all the houses that matched what we were looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the quality of materials used on the house, school districts, neighborhoods, etc. aEUR" even down to knowing the exact builder and quality of their construction. We did not feel pressured at any point and she was quick to point out all potential issues with the houses as well as the features.Pat was also a great negotiator and was able to get us our top choice at the price we wanted. With all the issues we ran into with the sellers, we honestly would have backed out of the house had it not been for Pat being there and making everything easier. We purchased the house while living out of state, and Pat was invaluable in helping us in everything from running around for documents to coordinating with various contractors. To say that Pat goes above and beyond for her clients would truly be an understatement. We were able to get our dream house because of her and are very thankful for all her help. I live about 850 miles from El Paso, and was responsible for selling a house for a family member. Normally it would be very difficult ,negotiating through the many steps required to satisfy the buyers, inspector, appraiser, title company, etc. Pat Grooms made the process work very smoothly.
