Once we decided this was THE house Bob helped us negotiate a fair price and advised us every step of the way. He has a lot of contacts and we were able to get an excellent inspector and a top-notch insurance company. The inspection revealed some issues that were negotiated with Bob's help especially electrical repairs. Bob is also very good about taking emotion out of the transaction and focusing on the facts and the goals that need to be accomplished. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to work with Bob again. I highly recommend him to anyone in this area that needs a very competent and personable Realtor to represent their best interests.
