Parvaneh Carter

I am originally from Southern California. My husband and I moved to Reno to be closer to family and raise our children somewhere that fits our values. We spend our free time off-roading, camping, and fishing. I can also sometimes be found on a race-track fulfilling my need for speed. I have over 15 years of experience as an executive in a wide range of industries - owner and CEO of addiction treatment centers, Director of PR for a vehicle customization company, and an environmental scientist for CALEPA. My experiences in these positions enabled me to sharpen my interpersonal skills and relationship development. I learned how to become a shrewd negotiator and problem solver. I have been working closely with people in and out of real estate for years through my companies and personal investments. I am excited to have the opportunity to be on the other side of the negotiation table and represent my clients in their real estate journey. I know the adage in real estate is location, location, location but I believe more importantly it is relationships, relationships, relationships. I know my clients are depending on my knowledge and expertise to help guide them through some of the most important (and expensive) decisions of their lives. I strive to maintain that trust relationship by keeping them well informed about the local real estate market so that they can make informed decisions. I specialize in working with buyers & sellers in the luxury residential market as well as investment properties
