About Parry Dean Ward

Parry Dean Ward Bio Parry has a passion for marketing and advertising, it's been an evident personality trait of his ever since he was a young entrepreneur. It would be easy to say Parry has been an entrepreneur his entire life. In 1986 Parry started Zooke, manufacturing an anti-fog cleaning solution intended for ski goggles. His invention outgrew the niche market it was intended for and began to flourish, soon becoming a household name recognized by motorsport enthusiasts. It continues to have a home in the outdoor sporting industry as well as any lens company that would benefit from clarity. Parry knows when a product has potential. It's no wonder why he moved quickly to the top of the high-end real estate market. Parry began his real estate career in 2010 after becoming familiar with DeCaro Auctions International. Parry started his traditional real estate career with ENGEL & VOeLKERS Park City, it was a natural fit having a relationship with many of the agents in Park City. Parry, seeing the benefit of joining a successful team then joined the Salt Life City team at Windermere Real Estate. Parry actively lists homes in and around Utah's busiest markets. He has a unique approach in that he is one of the most familiar REALTORS(R) that works directly with an auction company like DeCaro (DAI). In 2015 DAI's annual closings made them one of the largest luxury real estate auction companies in existence. Parry's hard work-ethic and down to earth no-nonsense approach to communication continues to be an effective business tool. Unlike many who attempt, Parry's competence is his passion and it's no wonder why he continues to excel within the Real Estate Industry.

Parry did an outstanding job during my seven month ordeal in locating the perfect home for my family. The market was extremely hot during my search and I moved to the SLC area for work without my family, which only added to the difficulty. He was very patient during the process which included multiple offers and a ridiculous number of viewings. He is very knowledgeable in all categories to include homes, schools, restaurants and even musical venues. Parry ALWAYS responds to calls . His timely response was incredibly important due to the fact that homes were selling for more than asking within hours of being listed during the time of my purchase. Even though I was completely ignorant of Utah and the local housing market, he never pressured me into a decision, rather educated me on his successes of the past. We eventually found the perfect home. I sold two homes and purchased one in three different states. Each escrow had its own difficulties (as usual). Parry was there to guide me during the process on all three and when it came time to close on the new house, he took care of all the headaches and made it happen. I'm happy to recommend Parry and will definitely use him in the future.
