Parris was a Godsend to us. We needed a larger home to care for my mom with Parkinsons. But before we purchased a home, we needed to sell my moms Orange County home. It could have been a daunting task but Parris from the onset assured us not to worry, he will take care of the process that he wanted to make sure my mom was emotionally ok, not burdened. He interviewed realtors in Orange County for us and because of that we ended up with a stellar realtor down there who was able to sell my moms home for above asking price. When it came to our purchase here in Roseville, we came a upon the perfect home but because of certain contingencies they normally would not sell to us. Parris again led a strong negotiation, fought for us, and though others were looking at the home as well, was able to secure it for us! He was always professional, respectful to all he dealt with and sincere. We are so thankful and can not recommend him enough!
