Parris was a Godsend to us. We needed a larger home to care for my mom with Parkinsons. But before we purchased a home, we needed to sell my moms Orange County home. It could have been a daunting task but Parris from the onset assured us not to worry, he will take care of the process that he wanted to make sure my mom was emotionally ok, not burdened. These reviews always seem sketchy when I read them... so I've never posted one...until now. If I could give Parris Krygsman 6 stars I would.Parris went so far above and beyond during the purchase of our home, I feel compelled to let others know about him. When we made the offer on our home, I went online to read all the reviews I could find on him. They were so glowing, I thought, "this guy can't be for real". He must have friends post these reviews. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop or something to go south. Could a realtor really be this friendly, honest and competent? I've never run across this combo in a realtor during my 40 years of buying and selling homes but Parris proved to be just that. He was on top of every detail and kept us appraised of everything that was happening. He is unique among realtors. He's a highly efficient realtor and genuinely nice man who cares about people.He will be the only realtor we call if and when we sell our home. And no, he's not a family member nor was I bribed to write this.
