I was referred to Parker from a friend. At first we had reached out to Parker to get some information on how we could price our house to try to sell by owner. Parker was more than gracious to come out and meet us to give us some pointers, which was incredibly generous. After some thought, and seeing his willingness to help we decided to just use him as our listing agent. Parker was: - Responsive- Priced our home aggressively and appropriately for a quick sale- Would always follow up- Present during our closingOne thing i didn't want to do was micro-manage like i did with our last realtor, and I would fully recommend Parker to anyone not familiar with the home buying/selling process.
