Parker is literally the best. I had wanted to sell my home for $90,000. Parker took one look at it and said, "it's worth at least $130,000." I thought he was crazy, but we got an offer for $130,000 within 24 hours of listing. It took him a month and some change to close the deal on our home. A month and a few days! He was never late on any paperwork and he was prepared for everything. The craziest part was that I wasn't even in the country. I was in China during the entire process! My mom gave Parker the keys and he took care of the rest. The thing that impressed me most was when he asked if I wanted to have the grass cut one last time. (This was after the house had sold.) He suggested it as a courtesy to the family that bought it. I think this sort of attitude and inclination is commendable.
