I couldnt rate ParA- higher. Shes great, and made the whole process painless. For example, our HOA was in the midst of a lawsuit and another realtor told us that we wouldnt be able to sell our home until the lawsuit was settled. ParA-, having worked in the mortgage side of the business, knew that it depended on the circumstances of lawsuit. Sure enough, in our case the lawsuit was no an issue.
