ZillowVERIFIED"I first met Sarah Corn when I was trying to sell my house as a FISBO. Sarah Corn called and asked me if she could show it. After she showed it to her client she called me with feedback and she told me she could definitely sell it if I listed with her. She told me what she would do to make it more showable. A few weeks later after having very few showings as a FISBO I called her and asked her to list it. In 10 days the property was shown 22 times and we had a great offer! We closed on the house with more money than we would if we would have if we had sold it as a FISBO! Every time I called Sarah, she either answered the phone or called me back in the next few minutes. She handled the whole process with professionalism and a great personality. She is a pleasure to deal with.
