Hi I'm Pamela Welch, Broker/Owner of Mossy Oak Properties Strawberry River Land & Homes. I was born and raised in Jonesboro Arkansas. My husband and I now reside in Cave City. I am married to my best friend, Arlon Welch, who is also a Mossy Oak Properties Realtor. We have 3 children, twin girls that are 25 and a 21 year old son. My son was married in 2020 to his wife Robin and we now have 3 beautiful grandkids! It was at my grandparents furniture store in Jonesboro where I discovered my true passion of selling. I spent countless hours as a child along side of my grandfather learning how to buy, sell and trade. I have been selling ever since and LOVE it. I also was introduced to cattle and hay cutting at a young age in Imboden, Arkansas where my grandparents had a cattle farm. As an adult I drove tractor along side my husband where we farmed as many as 6,500 row crop acres. I have spent many hours driving tractor and working outdoors. We now have a cattle farm, several commercial offices and just closed Matties Flea Market in Cave City where I sold every day and now we have bought 140 acres just 2 miles north of Cave City which we built our forever home on. In 2016 my husband and I became a part of the Mossy Oak Properties family as a Realtors. I am so proud to be with such a great team of professionals.
