Several months ago our family suffered a tragic loss. I then decided it was time to sell our home of 30 years in Danvers. How to start and where to go. Luckily for me I have a friend whose wife is a former realtor and she gave me a couple of names. A neighbor on my street gave me some too. We went through the house and she didnt sugar coat anything. These are the strong points and these need to be addressed. Candor. Exactly what was needed. Pam has an enormous arsenal of vendors available at her calling. Need an electrician overnight, a residential sprinkler guy, you name it she knows them. And they come not in 2 months but this week. Invaluable. Pam was at the house almost daily and always checking the work in progress. She is a skillful negotiator and was a very valuable partner in the entire process. and I cannot recommend her any higher than I do. I believe she will be the best investment your initial call will get for you.

We used Pam to sell our condo and buy and sell our home. There is absolutely no one else I would recommend.
