Pamela Helm

Pamela brings a rare combination of both commercial and residential marketing together with her design and staging experience. This creates a unique one-of-kind package for her clients. Pamela has a keen understanding of what it takes to sell a home. Her unique talent for staging has contributed to over $100 million of sold real estate for many of the top brokers in Colorado, but now this niche will be a paramount part of her. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing and Design from Iowa State University. Pamela also has professional experience including 20 years in commercial real estate. Pamela is an active supporter of Volunteers of America, the Kempe Foundation, and Excelsior Youth Center. Libby brings a familiar name and face to Compass and to Denver area residents who have lived in the region for the past decade. Libby, who has won multiple Emmy Awards for reporting, is the former news anchor for Fox 31 News, which she joined in 2000 as co-anchor with Ron Zappolo. Libby made the decision in 2013 to leave the nightly anchor desk so she could spend more time with her three children. She earned her bachelor's degree in speech communications from the University of San Diego and supports several charities, including sitting on the board of directors for CASA/Advocates for Children. Patti is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors(R). She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Fashion from the University of Arizona and spent more than 20 years in the apparel industry with Jones Apparel Group as Regional Director for the Western United States. Patti has lived in Cherry Hills for the last 16 years, raising 4 children, and has been actively involved in the Cherry Creek School District, National Charity League, and Young President's Organization. Real estate is in Patti's blood as she follows a long lineage of family members who are managing brokers and owners of franchises.
