Like the ones where the realtor says aEURoekeep holding my hand, keep holding my handaEUR? as if they are guiding the buyer through a giant mass of crazy people on Black Friday. That was my exact situationaEUR| I thought I was prepared for it on my own but I wasnt. Pam was a guiding light through all of this and had my back all the way from start to finish. She made everything so much easier than it seemed and explained each situation well. She was on top of her email game - as soon as an issue arose she was right on top of it to help me solve the issue ASAP. 10 out 10 would recommend.

She was extremely timely at all points of the process and checked in during those downtimes while the lawyers get paperwork done. When we got into a bidding war and she was positioned as both the buyer's and seller's agent, she brought in another trusted realtor to advise us since she could not in that circumstance. We ended up as the winning bid thanks to the advice given by the other realtor, and we are thrilled to be moving into the house we wanted from the start. I think it's really important that a realtor has connections with fellow realtors when such situations of dual representation occur.
