Pam assisted my husband and I for a year to find the perfect house! As first time home-buyers we were not sure where to start, what to look for, and questions to ask. Pam helped with all of that, after meeting and sitting in her office and sharing our story and what kind of house we hopefully wanted, Pam immediately plugged the information into her computer and the following weekend we were at our first open house. Throughout the year we had many rainy open house weekends, but they were all worth it! When going through the steps of creating an offer, inspection information, etc. Pam provided all the necessary information and allowed us to ask any question, no matter how simple or complex. When reaching out during the week or on weekends Pam was responsive and always able to support us be attending open houses or following up if my husband and I went on our own. During our time of working with Pam we even referred her to friends of our who purchased their first home.
