She did a great job, knew her stuff, delivered the tough conversation gently but firmly with what I needed to get done in the house to help it sell better, was encouraging, and patient with me as I was looking for just THE right buyer. She went above and beyond by going out and checking on my empty home whenever I was nervous that it wasn't ok with weather or something. She sat at my house for hours waiting for ppl to get there to remove an old refrigerator, since I no longer lived close by and couldn't be there. She checked my propane levels and heat regularly. And she kept me in the loop constantly as things developed with the prospective buyers. I genuinely liked her as a person along with respecting her as a realtor. She gets five stars in my book!! ????????????
