We were really "just looking" for a summer cottage and had asked Pam to show us a few properties for which she was listed. Since we were driving out-of-state, she took the time to show us 4-5 properties on three different lakes. She was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very effective during negotiations. I couldn't believe she was able to pull this deal because both us (buyer) and seller were out-of-state and felt strongly about the selling price. Our experience with Pam was outstanding, not only did she drive us out of town to see houses she was very pleasant to speak to and had alot of knowledge of each home we looked at.
