Once we did, she was incredibly helpful in submitting the right offer and working with the sellers agent to help give us the best chance of our offer getting accepted. Her experience and professional network in this area is invaluable. She was amazing to work with from start to finish! Her team was also great to work with throughout the entire process. What initially stood out about her is, prior to being ready to really look, I couldn't get past wanting to find an ideal home I'd seen years ago now that I could afford it. The agent I'd used prior brushed me off when I asked to track it down. Kris however, went on a mission spending hours upon hours (knowing I wasn't ready to look for another year) doing everything to find that house for me. While we never did track down that particular house, I decided to switch to her when we were ready to start looking a year later. So thankful I did as she was wonderful the whole way through ensuring we caught every home on the market, saw them immediately and made the right choices. After many tours, we decided on a home that needed work at a great price. Now I get to call the shots on how the house is designed and turn it into my actual dream home!
