After looking online to identify the top agents of Orange County, CA, we interviewed Pam Fecher as well as two other agents. It was a no-brainer for my wife and I that Pam was to be our realtor to help us sell our Mission Viejo home. With her 32+ years of real estate experience, high sales volume, her professionalism and the relationships she has built over the years, Pam was able to pull it all together along the entire way! She knew instinctively what to do and what our home needed in order to get top dollar in this sellers market. Her recommendations were spot on!Her team of professionals (assistant Chris, photographers and stagers), which were included in our realtor fee, really made the difference in how our home was presented both online as well as during our Open House. For us, we experienced what it was like to live in a new model home - amazing work! Our house went on the market on a Thursday with an open house the following Saturday & Sunday, which had over 100 people in attendance on each day!
