From the moment we made the first call to inquire on some property, Pam was our advocate. She followed up with the seller and on issues with county and other sources to resolve and answer all of our questions. I really appreciated how resourceful she was to work on some of the technical matters regarding easements, which allowed us to fully understand and get comfortable with our vision for this bare land purchase. We did our entire transaction via email and phone calls, which Pam kept us on track through the entire process. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone considering a real estate transaction!
