We are out of town buyers with little knowledge of the Fairhope and Daphne area. After spending a day with Paige we felt comfortable enough to go back home and let her look for a property on our behalf. We never thought we could purchase a home without seeing it first but that is exactly what we did thanks to Paige. She really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and asked great questions. Paige was always patient with us and very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We were impressed by her negotiation skills, especially in a seller's market. We can't say enough about Paige and her team. We feel blessed to have had her as our partner at such an important time in our life.

Paige brought buyers to our FSBO and the process was so, so smooth. She is very knowledgeable of the market and that is so important when it is so competitive. She gave us helpful input on the price we were asking for the house. We used her in the past as buyers and would recommend her on either side! Her assistant, Donna, is also wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop about each step of the process. Paige is also great at treating her customers well for year after their transaction with her.

I have had the pleasure of working with Paige thru two purchases and one sale. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the Eastern Shore area. Purchasing or selling a home is a stressful undertaking but Paiges expertise removes a great deal of that stress. She knows her stuff! Just do it; go with Paige, you wont be sorry! Also, her assistant, Donna, is extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with for whatever reason.
