We used Paige to locate a lot at one of the local HOAs. We definitely would hire Paige again. She was very responsive to reach out to us and answered our phone calls in a timely manner. Paige will work hard to find answers you need in the due diligence process. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Paige is a pleasant, understanding, and professional individual that worked well with us and others involved in buying our lot.

Paige was very prompt in all her communication with us. She knew the area very well and was able to help us feel confident that our asking price was just right. She visited the house often, since it was vacant, and we didn't live close by. She replentished shoe covers and hand sanitizer in the house. She also was able to supply us with names of local handymen and workmen and line up appointments for work to be done in the house.

Paige is a nice lady that knows a lot about the area. We started working with her about 6 months before we were planning on selling our house. She had some good ideas and gave us a price of what to sell our house for. We were going to select her as our agent, but she did a few things that really turned us off. One, she was not complementary of our house and called it vanilla. The house was certainly old and not updated, so it was going to sell for a million, but neither were other houses on our street either. We felt like she was condescending in that way, but still nice and eager to help. Another major turnoff was during spring. We had a beautiful tree with incredible blossoms. I told her I wanted a professional photographer to take a picture of her he house when it was at its peak, so I landscaped the yard really nicely. I told her when I finished making the yard nice and she told me she had already taken pictures - without any notice. She took the pictures herself and they were terrible even though she thought they were great and she would use them in our future listing. We were surprised and disappointed, but continued on. A couple months later as we were about to list we asked her who her photographer was going to be (and some sample photography) and how much commission she wanted. She ignored the question about photography and sent me a blank contract and asked me to call her about how much to put in the commission lines. I instantly felt like she was going to try and convince us that she deserved 3%, which I was starting to feel was high considering her strange behavior. I called another realtor that my family had recently used and within a day she told me she would charge me less commission, gave me samples of her photography and also told me my house was worth $25,000 more than what Paige told us to sell for. So we dropped Paige and went with another agent. I'm sure Paige does fine and will help you buy or sell a house, but her lack of transparency and unwillingness to share information we requested spooked us, so we found a better fit elsewhere.

Paige has a ton of market knowledge in our area and was very responsive throughout our home sale process. Quality communication was key for my wife and I, and Paige did not disappoint.
