Once that contract terminated Page didn't skip a beat she worked day and night to help me get another house in FONDREN, and it is perfect.keep in mind she worked day and night to make it happen.Page is a great negoiator.She negoiated a deal and got $30,000 reduction on a listing in the hot market of FONDREN. She is knowledgeable in construction and is quick on identifying things to look for during touring different homes. I am a retired army veteran who chooses not to own a car, and Page is a very generous person, she used her car to introduce me to the FONDREN AREA, doing sight seeing tours, and she found me another home in my price range, 800 feet walking distance to "downtown"in the funky, ecletic town of FONDREN, and even had time to plan lunch at a FONDREN resteraunt, so she is also alot of fun.So, if you are looking for a excellent realestate agent, I recommend you meet Page because not only will you get the best agent, you have made yourself a "friend" with Page.
