Veni is amazing! We decided to sell our home and she guided us through it all and was extremely transparent! We had some issues with our buyers and Veni along with her team made us feel heard and safe to move forward. We were always the top priority! She was always on time, helped with our buyers when they were trying to do whatever they wanted, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make us feel safe. During the process we took a vacation to see family and the buyers took it upon themselves to schedule inspections and a floor estimate at the same time. We were so uncomfortable with having them in the home before we were full moved out, Veni was there and made sure everything went smooth. She even made sure our dogs got some loves through treats, so you know who made a new best friend!

I met Miriam Guendulain real estate agent around 4 years ago at an open house; she took the time to talk to me and answered all my questions. I knew Miriam would be some I would like working with because she was not like other agents who just want to sell a home and dont care about talking to potential buyer or answering questions. Within 4 days of selling my home I already had a home I put in an offer on. The process was fast and easy, Miriam and her team always in communication. Again escrow closed earlier than expected and I was in my new home. Miriam along with Team Sosi(mortgage broker) made the experience and process smooth and easy. They made sure every decision that was made with the purchase of the home was in my best interest, no decision were made without me. Miriam and Team Sosi made sure I got the home I wanted; both were in contact with the seller seeing what they could do to make sure I was the one whose offer the seller accepted; and it worked.Miriam made the home purchase experience very special.
